Continuing to celebrate the Excitement of Independent Fashion within the Nation’s Capital – Virtually and In Person!
(Washington, DC – March 7, 2022) – Fashion always brings out the best in us! What better way for all to be their BEST SELF than to witness and support the latest fashion from our area’s emerging fashion houses via Indie Fashion Week – think FASHION EUPHORIA! This season, our patrons will be entertained and enlightened with an abundance of talent and creativity by way of virtual and in person experiences! Indie Fashion Week Cycle Thirteen, sponsored by ROE: The Agency, LLC, will feature runway shows, fashionable socials, a motivation table talk with an emerging designer making major moves, the introduction of the “Black Fashion & Arts Show” movement and much more!
Indie Fashion Week was created by Harley Morgan to create a fresh look at independent fashion in the Greater Washington, DC area who may not be able to gain big recognition when they first launch on the scene. Buyers, media, influencers, and style connoisseurs will get ample opportunity to interact, connect with, and support these Fashion, Beauty, and Lifestyle brands over a 5 – 7 day span. Indie Fashion Week is building a new and vibrant fashion community by creating a space where tools can be provided to help fashion entrepreneurs learn about the business of fashion, hone their craft, network with their peers, and build long lasting business relationships.
When asked about the vision behind the creation of the upcoming cycle, Creator Harley Morgan states, “With so much peril in the news, we must find enjoyment in something, and we can count on FASHION being that euphoria! The designers that we are featuring combat the mishaps of the world with their creativity, ingenuity, and relevancy. It’s always a rush of excitement when we can help amplify the creative economy of our area!”

- 4/6: “The Road To SHIEN” – A Fireside Chat with Emerging Designer Terrell Willis
- 4/7: Studio MUZE Interactive Open House & Mixer
- 4/8: The Juneteenth & Complete Circle Foundations present “Black Fashion & Arts Show”
- 4/9: “Street Symphony” – The Streetwear Shows & Concert featuring emerging DMV artists
